My report was on Stephen Shore. At first I didn't like him because I thought his photography was boring, but now I really like it because I think he takes photographs of things that you see every day but don't really register or look at. Like gas stations. And parking lots. And ugly plastic plants in hotel hallways. Also, it seems (as Mr. Patteson pointed out) like his pictures are all really carefully framed, which is pretty cool... He doesn't have really "look at me!", in your face photography, it's much more subtle.
